Placing orders by PhoneIf you prefer to order by phone, you may use our toll free number (800) 438 4831. Splitting a CaseWhen retailers view our catalog with wholesale pricing turned on, you will see the case price for many items. Entering "1" for the quantity means purchasing 1 case of the item. Our shopping cart program will soon be updated to allow retailers to order less than a full case of many items. In the meantime, if you want to purchase less than a case, you will need to call that part of your order in by phone (800 438 4831). | ||||||||||||

Quick and Easy Repeat Ordering If you often order the same items, or anticipate re-ordering, the Repeat Order feature will help you save time and streamline the shopping process. During checkout, you'll be asked if you would like to establish your current order as your "Repeat Order". There's never any obligation to re-order, this simply means when you return to our site, you can instantly fill your cart with your Repeat Order.
The "Fill Cart with Repeat Order" button is located both on our homepage, and on the main catalog page. Once you click it, you'll be free to add and delete items, and change quantities before checkout. | ||||||||||||

ShippingShipping MethodsWhere and WhenWe currently ship only to the US and Canada. Orders will generally ship within 24-48 hours after receipt. If there is a delay in shipping we will notify you via e-mail of the expected delay and to allow cancellation if desired. Small OrdersSmall orders will be shipped by UPS, FEDEX Ground, or USPS via ground commercial. Average in transit time is 3-5 days from shipment except to the Far West and outside the Continential U.S. (6-8 days). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be by USPS unless other arrangements are made. We are unable to ship UPS, RPS, or LTL to post office boxes or rural box delivery addresses. Large OrdersLarge shipments, those involving 15 or more packages, will be shipped by LTL carrier (truck). Orders will be consolidated to the maximum extent possible within size and weight restrictions. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be by USPS unless other arrangements are made. Discounts and Wholesale PricingWholesale PricingWe offer wholesale pricing to legitimate retailers. If you provide your valid Federal Tax ID number the wholesale prices will be displayed on our website and used when calculating your order total. You will only have to enter this information once. The number will be stored on our secure server, so that each time you return you will see wholesale prices. (You will also see our retail prices.) If you enter the word "retail" (without the quotation marks) as your Federal Tax ID, the retail prices will be displayed in the catalog and used when calculating your order total. Note that retail prices are often for a single item, while wholesale prices may be per case. Minimum OrderDried Naturals has a very low minimum order, $20.00 excluding freight. Additional Volume DiscountsDiscounts are on merchandise only and exclude freight. Discounts apply to both wholesale and retail pricing.

Search TipsSearching works for products only. The search is not case sensitive and does not utilize wildcard characters or double quotation marks to create a phrase.
